What ScaffVisor is not

  • It is not a stability calculation. It does not check loads, wind, ground bearing capacity or the strength of the anchors. Ties and braces follow indicative rules from the manufacturer’s documents.
  • It does not replace the manufacturer’s assembly manual or the person responsible for the site.
  • Weights are catalog values. Clones, other generations and local variants can differ.

What it does not do yet

  • One system is built in (Plettac SL 70, steel).
  • Corners at angles other than about 90° are approximate, and a note says so.
  • A chain of connected faces with different heights uses its tallest face for the whole chain.
  • On sloping ground the scaffold follows the terrain with jacks, compensation frames and extra lifts. It does not step the bays across a wall, and it cannot go beyond the travel of the jacks.
  • No brackets, separate stair towers, passages or roofs yet.
  • Transport planning and stock inventory are planned.
  • Tested headless on Blender 5.0; please report anything you see on newer versions.
